Any wheel, upright, machined or fabricated component, regardless of the original manufacturing quality standards is subject to failure from usage.

All of our products should be constantly inspected and crack checked. Steel components should be kept clean and rust free. Avoid mounting magnesium wheels with SOAP!! It does irreparable damage. Since type of use and inspection intervals are unknown, our products are not guaranteed against failure of any kind and there is no warranty expressed or implied. If the item does not fit the PROPER APPLICATION we will give a full refund or if there is an obvious defect upon reciept a replacement and /or credit will be given after it is returned in as new condition. Wheels cannot be returned once TIRES have been mounted. The buyer and user assumes all risk and liability from the use of our products. ALL of our products are intended for off road use ONLY.
